student council 2025/26
The Student Representative Council for Economics is an elected body of student self-administration. The members are elected for one year at the constituent meeting of the student body parliament. While the student representatives and financial officer and their deputies are mandatory positions, other positions with corresponding areas of responsibility can also be introduced. All positions are honorary posts, the only requirement for which is a current degree in economics in Göttingen. The Student Representative Council is able to make expenditures by resolution and thus organize events or make purchases for the student body at the faculty. The student council thus forms the heart of the WiWi student body.
